About group Sufi Zikr
Zikr incorporates beautiful music, singing/chanting, simple movements, and the chance to bring the whole body into prayer. Zikr is a prayer practice and is an ancient practice of Remembrance. Remembrance of what? Of the Divine (of the Oneness/God/Truth/Existence). One could say that Zikr is a method to wipe the rust from the heart, so the Light of the Soul, that is hidden in the globe of the heart, can be reflect out into the world...like a light being reflected through a crystal.
"Sufism is based on experiences"... of Oneness through spiritual practices...not concepts about spiritual practices!
